La Brisa Property Management is a Dubai-based luxury property management company specialising in holiday homes and short-term rentals. We work for property owners and investors — not tenants — operating a deliberately selective portfolio of apartments, penthouses and villas in prime Dubai communities.
Our service covers the full lifecycle of a short-stay home: DET holiday home licensing, interior styling and photography, listing creation and optimisation across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and our direct channel, daily dynamic pricing, 24/7 guest hospitality, housekeeping and linen, preventative maintenance, inspections and transparent monthly owner reporting.
