Management agreements
Any management relationship begins only upon execution of a written agreement setting out commission, cost responsibilities, owner usage terms and notice periods.
Licensing & compliance
Properties must hold a valid Dubai holiday home permit. La Brisa assists with the application process; issuance remains at the discretion of the relevant authority.
Bookings
Guest reservations are made on our separate reservations platform and are subject to the terms and cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
